This afternoon, Y5Wo transformed into chocolate bar producers, from the farmers who grow the beans right through to the shoppers buying the finished product. We worked through 4 seasons and at the end, we compared the amount of money made at each stage of the process by those involved. The results were shocking!
Mark Inglis climbed Everest in 2006. On the way up he met David Sharp, who had gone with a budget trekking company with no support or radio. David was suffering with hypertermia, but Mark’s team decided to leave him and carry on with their climb to the summit.
